Submission Guidelines
In order for us to consider your document, it must be :-
* Emailed to the specific email address for the subject matter -e.g baby@the-first-time.co.uk we do not accept posted documents * In word for windows format * Spell checked * No images / photographs / hyperlinks * Have your name, age, town of residence at the top of the document - this will suffice as the title * Have your address,telephone number and full name to be used for receipt of a commission at the bottom of the document * In font Arial for the whole document, font size 10 * 1500-2000 words * Comply with our terms and conditions as set out in our terms and conditons page.
